The following forms are part of the product setup available to the TPA. The product setup is typically done once for all or most plans. The options are detailed in documentation provided. Our product installation staff works with the TPA to define the use of EDG at their site and then assists in customizing the product. We selected a few of our customization forms to provide a sense of the EDG's customization capabilities.
